Austin and team did a fantastic job hooking up our Marantz sound system, making sure that cabling was clean and out of the way. He also hooked up the subwoofer, the play station, cable box and turn table. Once hooked up, he maximized the sound of each component and assisted us on the phone with our cable provider when it didn’t work. He took the time to explain everything he went and also showed us how to use all 3 remotes! Austin was friendly, a true audiophile, and an all-around great kid. Thanks, Austin!

The Geek Squad agent, Rafael, did an outstanding job in removing my old receiver and installing the new Yamaha. He carefully explained operational details which have proven to be very helpful.

2 very bright young men who also were very pleasant came to my house. I had 2 issues that I thought were small given the right capability of the technician. Sure enough, one young man fixed my speaker issue easily so I showed him the remote that was not working because it came with a different model # by the manufacturer. Within seconds he also got the remote to work and now my Sound System works just like it did over the years. I am thoroughly impressed and pleased with the Geek Squad and their follow-up service call. And....to make it even more impressive there was NO CHARGE. So, I couldn't help but tip the young men $20 and asked them to have a drink on me.

Had the Harmony Remote service as well and was pleased with the results. They showed how now everything goes through the TV and not the receiver. Ran additional cables behind the wall so that we can now just use the TV remote and control the entire home theatre setup. Took the time to make sure everything was working. Highly recommend this service if you have a home theatre setup.

The guys that set up the AC Denon AV receiver we very good and answered a few basic questions. I'm sure I'll have more questions as I begin using the system.

They installed my system efficiently and were very polite. They were unsure how to go from a 6.1 speaker setup to a 7.2 setup but the receiver on screen setup walked them through the process.

The Geek Squad Technicians are all so knowledgeable and helpful. We have a complicated system and they always are able to coordinate all the piece of our system.
