I’m happy I chose to have Geek Squad install my TV and audio at my new residence. Tony was outstanding and pleasant to work with. He listened to my goals and then worked quietly to achieve them.

The technician was very skilled and connected all components of my TV including all exterior speakers. Amazing sound!

I have an old Onkyo HTR-550 surround system that I was hooking up to a new TV and was having trouble getting it to work. So I called Best Buy to see if they would hook it up. They said they would and to my surprise they sent out 2 technicians who knew what they were doing and after testing the system were able to get it to work beautifully. I have nothing but phrases Matthew and his assistant from the geek squad!!! And their service fee was very reasonable!

Setup of the receiver was done quickly and advice was provided regarding its use.

They came on time, asked questions about the problem and in a very short time had discovered why the problem was happening, explained the cause, and fixed the problem.

The tech support team was on time, very professional. Did what they was supposed to do and advise me on how the set up works. I truly appreciate the tech team and the service rendered. Please if you don't have tech support from Best Buy, please get it. It's one of my best investment. Great service ever, Best Buy all the way for me.

Both guys are awesome they set up my TV and explained how everything works and I can call them anytime if I had a questions or problems.

The two guys that came over very nice answered all my questions showed us how everything on the machine two me what to bought for the dryer so that my steamer will work bettet.
