    Yes everything is great now TV and stereo I don't know why that Denon 4700 never worked right but this 6700 hasn't give me a lick of a problem awesome

    The agents were early which was great. It seemed like one of the agents was training the other, no problem. They both clearly understood the technology and how to install my speakers. The one thing that went wrong was one speaker site they couldn’t figure out what they were cutting through and stopped. I have to repair the wall now. All good though, things happen!!

    Still having issues

    The install went fine. Within a week The Dennon amp cuts out while watch tv. The volume goes out for 5-6 seconds 3-4 times an hour. I scheduled an appointment for the Geek squad to come out. After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, 30 minutes before Shawn was to show up he had a family emergency and canceled. I realize things happen. So another appointment gets set which takes another week or so. The night before my appointment it seemed to work fine so I contacted Tyler who was going to be out and told him that all of the sudden it seemed to be working. He said to hang on to his number if it started to act up again. Within the day the volume started cutting out again. I tried contacting Tyler several times to No Avail!!! Please help!! I’ve paid $1800 for something that my wife wants to divorce me over!! And trying to talk to a human to set an appointment is absolutely the worst! Especially when you’re frustrated!!! Hopefully someone reads this!!!

    I bought the Denon brand new a month ago. I haven’t been able to use it. It hasn’t worked since geek squad installed the tv and receiver or remote . I’ve been getting excuses and delays from geek squad about my products. I paid cash for my products . I was billed for everything no discounts at all. My total tech membership elite does nothing for me. I was charged for my installation that wasn’t done correctly more than once I have to wait another month before I can use my products. It’s time to get rid of my total tech the benefits only cater to customers that need to use Best Buy credit cards. There’s more than one way to pay for products. I get no points and have to pay for everything seems like Best Buy has no loyalty to its customers based on how they pay. They have lost my loyalty as well.

    The two geek squad members took much longer than I anticipated, as they struggled to get any sound from the TV thru the home theater. They made no effort to organize the speaker wires, etc. as per the attached picture.

    Came with the wrong product. The next day(when I actually watched the tv) I kept losing the signal(audio worked, pic kept going out. If I shut it off and turn it back on it’s ok for a while and then the signal is lost again. Horrible!
