We couldn't be happier with our purchase and, most importantly, the Geek Squad installers and how they got us all set up with our new TV and receiver. They were total pros and got everything put together, new and existing equipment, cleaned up and were super helpful showing us how to control the new system.

My Marantz Cinema 40 Receiver sometimes shuts off for no reason. At first it wouldn't turn back on. An audiophile friend went over that for me, said it had been set up wrong, which he fixed. Now it shuts off on occasion but I can at least turn it on. The Geek Squad has been out a couple of times, but no luck. Finally I turned to a local pro, who has figured it out. It still cuts out and I turn it back on, but he has ordered a part that he says will correct the problem. I'm hoping he's right. My takeaway is that for iPads, iPhones, etc. the Geeks are great but for serious audio equipment setup you want someone who has worked with it for years. I bought another $5,000 of audio stuff from him. More expensive, probably, but he knows what he's doing. He also corrected a subwoofer mistake in the original squad setup. Improves the sound noticeably.

Technician named Demian solved my problems setting up a new Onkyo receiver. Very helpful and informative, especially regarding the set up of zone 2.

Geek squade is the best. They spent all the time needed for me to understand the set up. Walked me through the use of the product. I higjly recommend Geek Squad.

The service was great!! The agent programmed the Harmony remote and ensured I was able to properly operate it. Agent was knowledgeable, professional and cordial.

The agent, I believe his name was Cameron. was nice, certainly knowledgeable, but a bit hurried and I did not have a chance to get all questions answered. Overall he did a good job.

Very personable and fixed the problem with the sound going through the receiver

The agent was on time and fixed the TV to voice what channel was on in about 10 minutes when no one else knew how to fix. My brother cannot see well enough to see the TV menus and depends on the TV to let him know what is on.

The guys did a quick job of installing our new receiver. They took the time to show us how to use it and were very pleasant.
