Did the job right the first time and was fast. Would recommend.

My Marantz Cinema 40 Receiver sometimes shuts off for no reason. At first it wouldn't turn back on. An audiophile friend went over that for me, said it had been set up wrong, which he fixed. Now it shuts off on occasion but I can at least turn it on. The Geek Squad has been out a couple of times, but no luck. Finally I turned to a local pro, who has figured it out. It still cuts out and I turn it back on, but he has ordered a part that he says will correct the problem. I'm hoping he's right. My takeaway is that for iPads, iPhones, etc. the Geeks are great but for serious audio equipment setup you want someone who has worked with it for years. I bought another $5,000 of audio stuff from him. More expensive, probably, but he knows what he's doing. He also corrected a subwoofer mistake in the original squad setup. Improves the sound noticeably.

They were fast and efficient setting up a complicated sound system. Did a great job. Definitely recommend them.

The agents disconnected the Bose Lifestyle V 35 from the Sony TV and reactivated the internal speakers of the TV. They also showed me how to operate the remotes.

The technician installed all components and connected the five speakers to the av receiver. Also, assigned three different inputs to the receiver.

The agents showed up on time as promised and completed all my projects as scheduled. They did an excellent job and explained everything along the way.

Cody came to install an auxiliary antenna for a receiver that I had recently purchased, but with which I was having trouble getting an FM station that I liked. Cody quickly diagnosed the problem, that the original attached antenna with the receiver had not been uncoiled, so as soon as he did that I didn't need the auxiliary antenna. Cody quickly credited me for the auxiliary antenna plus his home visit since the attached antenna should have been uncoiled on the original installation. I really appreciated how quickly he diagnosed the problem and his honesty in telling me the issue.

Sounds great easy to use The sound in the room is full. Also easy to use Bluetooth for music.
