The tech support team was on time, very professional. Did what they was supposed to do and advise me on how the set up works. I truly appreciate the tech team and the service rendered. Please if you don't have tech support from Best Buy, please get it. It's one of my best investment. Great service ever, Best Buy all the way for me.

I truly regret that I didn’t get the names of the two gentlemen from the Geek Squad that came to our house today and installed our new Yamaha receiver. They were a pleasure to do business with and should be highly valued by Best Buy. Hoping that a record of our transaction will identify them so that they get the recognition for a job well done that they so deserve!
