This is the second tv I have had Geek Squad set up. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Kept me updated on their eta. Everything set up flawlessly.

Kyle and associate did an excellent job hooking up all my tv media .... also made operable my outside remote tv ... you should give these guys a raise !!

Tech member showed how to defeat start signal failure on Denon AVRX3700 integrated network receiver through use of its companion IR remote, However, my earlier request for the squad to bring a new TV IR remote to replace my original Logitech IR remote apparently was not relayed to the squad, and so I'm left with the original unit that now consumes batteries at the rate of two every 5 weeks, an unhappy circumstance.

The gentlemen that set up my new tv were great. I would be happy for them install/repair any of my electronics. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Salim and Osama were terrific. They installed all our equipment and even gave us "lessons" on how to use the remote. We would have them back in a heartbeat. Also, a shoutout to Andrew in the Haggerty Road Home Theatre department. He worked with my husband to give him advice on the installation, a quote that was competitive and facilitated an installation date that was quicker than we expected.

Tyler came to set up my receiver, CD/DVD player and he discovered that it was an analog system. Fortunately for me the person that he worked on before me had the same issue so he just had to put on his thinking cap and he was off to the races. He took all the time that he needed to set up the cabling and then worked with me to teach me how to use the remotes.

So knowledgeable and helpful. Even when I may ask silly questions, they weren't judgy but kind. Just a bunch of extremely experienced guys doing great work.
