This crew from the Geek Squad made it easy. Professional installation and you never could tell that they were there after the TV was installed. Bravo!

The agents came to fix my home theater sound system. I have a Sonos system and the sound was no longer coming out of my Sonos Beam and Sonos rear speakers. The agents were wonderful, considerate, knowledgeable, and friendly. Most importantly, they quickly fixed the problem and showed me how to trouble-shoot and fix it if it happened again. There were 2 issues. The Sonos system needs to be updated periodically (easily downloadable) and it needs to be plugged into the HDMI Arc port. Arc = audio return channel. I did not need to have any repairs, nor did I need any new equipment. Smart guys!

Unfortunately the first technician did not know how to install the receiver. It took another visit by a more experienced technician.

They completed the setup of my A/V Receiver, connected the TV, adjusted the speaker system, and reprogrammed my remotes to work with the new setup -- I'm totally pleased.

James knows what he is doing. He gave me a lot of technical information that I was not aware of. If you need someone to install your tv or stereo equipment or gaming system, James is the one to call. He is the best!!

Salim and Osama were terrific. They installed all our equipment and even gave us "lessons" on how to use the remote. We would have them back in a heartbeat. Also, a shoutout to Andrew in the Haggerty Road Home Theatre department. He worked with my husband to give him advice on the installation, a quote that was competitive and facilitated an installation date that was quicker than we expected.

Tyler came to set up my receiver, CD/DVD player and he discovered that it was an analog system. Fortunately for me the person that he worked on before me had the same issue so he just had to put on his thinking cap and he was off to the races. He took all the time that he needed to set up the cabling and then worked with me to teach me how to use the remotes.

This is the second tv I have had Geek Squad set up. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Kept me updated on their eta. Everything set up flawlessly.
