If you need someone to install your tv or stereo equipment or gaming system, James is the one to call. He is the best!!

Geek squad great Best Buy customer service awful!

Unfortunately they said they could not install the speakers that we bought, said someone else has to do that. We paid for the installation not sure why they did not arrange for everything to be done!!! They screwed up our first appt. and put us off for a little over 3 weeks! Then they can't do everything we paid for! Now have not heard when the job will be finished! We are having company over the holidays and are disgusted with your customer service!!!

A/V Receiver, TV and Speakers Setup

They were professional and seemed to try their best to set up my old Bose system. Never could get 2 out of the 6 speakers working or figure out why. I did not purchase the speakers, receiver or TV at Best Buy. But the teams that came, were helpful and tried their best to make it all work.

Geek Squad Techs are awesome!
