The GEEK Squad Individual quickly and correctly set up our iPADs to allow connection and display of our several RING home outdoor monitor devices. He also explained how to view timelines, etc, on our iPADs.

Excellent audio video receiver. Still learning all of the features. No compatibility problems with high end 4K Sony TV, Blueray player, Denon turntable into Klipsch Cornwall speakers I have owned since 1985. In particular, I like the stereo 2 channel only selection feature for music CD's and and vinyl with original 2 channel recording. A center channel Klipsch circa 2010 loudspeaker is very effective with movie dialog.

Best buy Beta is a blessing of a program, as it provides complimentary services for installation by the Geek Squad. These teams are excellent. Usually very communicative, friendly, trustworthy, and experienced in what they do. They have come out to setup my alarm system, Ring cameras, a Mantel Mount, the TV, a center channel device, and the receiver. A lot of these are things one might be tempted to do on your own, but trust me the piece of mind and simplicity of just letting them come take care of your setup is beyond worth it.

I truly regret that I didn’t get the names of the two gentlemen from the Geek Squad that came to our house today and installed our new Yamaha receiver. They were a pleasure to do business with and should be highly valued by Best Buy. Hoping that a record of our transaction will identify them so that they get the recognition for a job well done that they so deserve! Would also like to thank Gina Elliot, also with the Geek Squad, that gave us great advice and pointed us to the exact component and set up needed.
