    agents visited our house and rehooked up our Denon receiver to our surround sound system. they were very helpful and seemed to know what was needed and proceeded to check out all of our componets. in the process they found that we had a bad dvd player. they had one in their truck and hooked it up and i was able to pay them at that time. they were very capable and explained what they were doing. all in all a very good experience

    Couldn't connect properly, and was told could be issue with TV or receiver ,so exchanged receiver, to rule out, which was not the problem... New tech set up, and couldn't figure out why the TV and receiver and Roku were not functioning together...Just returned the Roku, which seemed to cause the interference.... Still looking for entertainment system proper setup.....

    The agent hooked up our new Denon receiver we purchased. He did an excellent job, but we have always had great service from the Geek Squad!

    Mike and his co-worker were completely awesome in getting our receiver set up! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took the time to educate us on how to situate our speakers for best sound, work the receiver with the TV, organized the many wires, and offered to guide us on a new TV purchase when we were ready to upgrade.
