The gentleman came in and tried to adjust some minor things that for some reason were not working.

Very quick and professional installation, answered all my questions and works perfectly!

The Geek Squad tech was Ryan. We had some issues with the receiver matching up with our older B&W speakers. Ryan came back to our home 4 or 5 times to correct the issues. We had originally bought a Denen receiver that was giving us problems. It was replaced with another Deneen. It did not work. It was determined that the Denen didn’t have enough power to run our speakers, so it was swapped for a Marantz. It works great. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and professional.

These guys really understood audio and were finally able to explain my complicated 4-year old Yamaha receiver/amplifier to me. They hooked up all my speakers in a visually appealing way, coiled up my cords, and left me with a fully functioning system for everything from Smart TV to ancient VHS tapes. I'm completely satisfied--James and the Olympia Geek Squad rock!

Tech successfully and efficiently performed a somewhat difficult-up. (console from the early 00's...not very streamline)

Bought a new entertainment center to accommodate a new TV. Once all assembled, the Geek Squad team connected everything to my receiver and tested to verify function. I got to enjoy my purchases much more quickly by not having to deal with the setup, and they made sure the cords/cables were neat giving a professionally installed look to my setup. I'm very glad I bought my Total Tech Membership and had the Geek Squad do this.

Geek Squad technician hooked up my B&W center speaker to my Marantz audio visual receiver and tied off the speaker wire running from my A90J Sony Television (I’ve been using as my center speaker). What a difference this make in sound! My technician went an extra step when asked to research codes for another AV in my game room. He proceeded to sync my TV to my old AV that I’ve been unable to for the last 3-4 days.
