Great appointment with the Geek Squad

He was patient, informative and incredibly helpful. We were so happy Kosta worked with us to solve our wifi issues. He helped us set up an appoinment with wifi agent and we are greatful. Thank you Kosta for being patient, informative and following through with everything.

TV had to be delivered. The Geek Squad arrived when scheduled, with the TV. They set up the TV and receiver. Connected to my cable STB and existing Bose speakers. Provided some training on using the systems. The video and audio, with Dolby Atmos, are great.

Geek Squad aces it again!

I recently moved and had geek Squad install my 75" TV which was also spot on. When I moved I just didn't have the time to run all the speaker cable and calibrate everything so I turned back to GS and everything is perfect!

We ran into unexpected issues, but it didn’t deter them. They even made a run for more tools to facilitate a speaker placement. Then they finished up by nicely tying together the numerous cables/wires and anchoring them to the back of the tv console so it was all nice and pretty as a courtesy.
