Two geeks came out and spent two hours installing four speakers. They ran out of time. A few days later four geeks came out to finish the job....FOUR! I don't see how BB can afford to give me that many man hours for the price they charged. In the past I did my own set-ups but at age 76 I figured I'd just hire the work. Glad I did. They wore booties and masks too!

Geek Squad Rep, Cassandra Jones, did a spectular job. We had to dismantle our entire system, including 9 speakers, in order to have new flooring installed. She arrived, assessed the situation and went to work. She was very professional and did a great job. She made sure it was set up the way that we wanted.

I had my surround sound hooked up and I needed a subwoofer and Jeremiah suggested this Sony subwoofer which is amazing it is all I needed and more and I got it for a great price

The two gentlemen who came out to install our outdoor speakers and “tune-up” our sound system did an excellent job. They were careful, neat, thorough, and detail-oriented. They patiently explained the way the system operates, programmed our remote to make it nearly foil-proof, and made sure we understood how to use all the bells &whistles. Definitely 10-star service!

None of the technicians stayed long enough after hooking up the receiver to the system to show us sufficiently how to operate the receiver. There are lots of set up and operation settings that were not reviewed or explained. The current problem is that when he hit the xfinity on the remote control it redirects the receiver to give you audio playback. It take you away from the tv channel you were just watching. One must use the content selection grey button to change the receiver back to playing the previous channel of the television. Why it switched away from tv channels from the DVR and switched onto the Sonos audio play setting is not clear. I need to set up an appointment for a geek squad tech who is a power user of of the Yamaha who can correct this glitch and instruct us how to make these adjustments ourselves.

BB agent set up surround sound to work with TV etc. Pirchased house with surround sound, but needed help on connecting it. Agent easy to work with abd quickly resolved the issues i was experiencing.
