Matthew Gonzales did an outstanding, efficient & knowledgeable reconnection of all our house speakers & equipment to a new Denon receiver. He went out of his way with a call back the next day to see if we had any more questions. Great service!!

Speakers were not working and the tech was able to find loose wires and connect.

He came on time & fixed my problem. It was an easy fix.

Agents are on point, knowledgeable, and always carry themselves with the utmost professionalism, however, I do feel "rushed" after each service call and come away not fully understanding just what all went down with the service. As a senior (Law Enforcement-Retired) with advanced degrees in business administration, I consider myself above average when dealing with technical issues. However, when it comes to all the buttons and switches associated with TV and HI-Fidelity in today's market I want easy HIGH QUALITY and ENJOYABLE products, that's what I pay for and that is what I expect the Geek Squad to guide me through step by step, in a manner that is consistent with an A /B/ C/ approach to the enjoyment of my equipment, thus I conclude with "Listen to the music" meaning "your fan base" !!!

Awesome sound. Provides a very high-quality range of sound and makes your movie sound like you’re in the theater. I recommend this product.

The service I received was impeccable. I am in a more rural area, and the two guys that came to assist were very patient with connection issues and went above and beyond to tune my audio system with a current system in place. I appreciate it!

The two technicians did a wonderful job. They were courteous, professional and kind. The problem with our receiver was resolved and our new multi system remote was set up. Thank you for your much needed help. I don’t currently have the form with your names on it, forgive me, but you know who you are.

The service person came in and let me know what was the issue.

Installation team was very professional, but missed at a point and some of the cables are coming out. The cables put in the receiver are not properly secured so faced some issues.

The man who installed my new 50' Samsung T.V. was Robert! He did such a terrific job that I was immediately impressed in that (1) He installed it by himself! and (2) that he did such a terrific job so quickly! Robert is very professional and very polite!

The 2 installers did a great job hooking up my smart tv to my cable box, my stereo receiver, DVD player and my 2 speakers. It was not an easy task with all the different cables but they easily figured it out. Will definitely use the Geek Squad again. Money well spent.

I must say that I was thinking about cancelling my Total Tech membership; but then Jeff came out, diagnosed problems I had on two separate receivers (even though he was only dispatched for one), and came up with a great solution. I'm very pleased.

The agent (Antonio) was able to correct some earlier problem with the surround sound system and tested the components to make certan they were connected and working properly. I also requested removing any redundant speaker wiring which he did. I appreciate the responce and I an happy with the result.

Alex was excellent at configuring the Denon receiver to our needs. This included multi room set up, tuning the surround sound in the living room, and explaining how to use the phone apps. We are so happy with the results.

The agent was very helpful and connected all my remote devices to run the receiver, TV, and DVD player. He also set up my turntable and receiver. He thoroughly explained what setting on the remote controlled which device and how to use the receiver remote.

The techs were very prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. They installed and connected every component with expertise. They also made sure all components worked properly and made sure I knew how to use everything before leaving. Total Tech is totally worth the money!
