Agent keeped us informed of when he would arrive and did so on time.He then walked us thru what was to be done and went to work. Upon completion of job he reveiwed the remote for the tv.He stayed til we felt we understood how tv operated. Great person to work with.

While we were trying to update some of our smart accessories we ran into a problem and contacted Geek Squad for an agent come out. He noticed that are older flatscreen TV needed a processor to run sound through speakersWith its older technology. Once he said everything up things worked perfectly

The install of my TV and wall mount went perfectly. Nice and neat and quickly. The set-up of my receiver and programming of remotes, not so well at all. Still need multiple remotes to operate and no surround sound.

Our agent was Jarod Heintz. He had to troubleshoot our home theater set up and had the problem well in hand in a short period of time. He reset our remotes and explained the fixes he made in terms a non-geek could understand.

Paul was very good. He set up the TV without any difficulties. He tried to set up our Bose system, but the Rep. ordered the wrong rear speaker stands and he could not complete the task. Gave us the internet address to order the correct stands. Awaiting them at this time.

The agent reset the connection between the receiver and TV, Blu-Ray/CD player, but he disconnected our Xfinity and now we can't access it. Additionally, the sound continues to cut out between the TV and the receiver. I realize this may be an issue with the device, but disconnecting the Xfinity clearly is not. I already submitted a review expressing my disappointment over the $140 I paid but heard nothing back. I think the technician meant well, but he was not able to deliver.

the agents mounted and connected all my devices to my new 55" TV. the wires were a mess and the shelf they were on would not close into the wall unit with the old TV. the agents neatened up all the wires and the shelf now closes.
