    The service guys came from New York City and installed my new tv. After the install I asked them to move it up 4-5" and they said they only install once. I asked them to hook-up all my DVD Player, VHS, etc. and they said they could only hook-up TV.

    Geek Squad showed up and they were very professional and helpful in our installation. My husband was at work a couple of miles away and wanted to be here for the install so they even contacted him when they were on their way. It was such an easy process and a comfort to know that it was done right!

    Excellent delivery and set up of my new 75” Samsung TV! The geek squad was on time, and knew what they were doing with the install of my new 75” Samsung QLED TV and components. They explained basic operations, and all boxes and packing were removed from my house. They did a great job!

    What a great experience I had when I purchase this television. All the questions I had were answered with great expertise. I will not be hanging this television but the Best Buy geek squad was willing to help me with that if I chose to do so.

    Gio was terrific. He removed the old stereo equipment, integrated the new equipment with what remained, and adjusted everything to ensure that I had high quality surround sound.

    There were no major problems with installing my receiver. They arrived on time and answered all my questions. The only complaint I would add is that they were in a hurry.

    The two gentlemen from the Geek Squad were great. They worked quickly and explained how to work the equipment we purchased in the simplest way. We have thus far enjoyed our home theater set up very much and would highly recommend the Geek Squad to any and everyone.

    The representative from the Geek Squad took the time to ask what we preferred in the set up and then efficiently completed the installation. When he was done, he made sure we understood how each component interacted and worked before he left our home.

    I was having issues with the blue-ray player. It was routed through the amp and had amazing sound but no picture. Turns out, the HDMI cable was a one-way and had been installed backward. so it was a very simple fix and everything is working perfectly.

    A/V Receiver Setup in Home Theater completed professionally and it sounds great. I had all the components hooked up and then got sick and couldn't make it work. Geek Squad to the rescue. So hard to watch someone else do my "job"

    Not only did they install my new sound receiver quickly and easily, the helped me with all my questions surrounding a speaker issue and discussion about cutting the cable cord. Super nice, extremely patient and eager to help.

    The agent did everything possible to get the Yamaha receiver hooked up but could not accomplish that task so I returned the receiver ! Agent was polite and knowledgeable followed all safety protocols and if the product had not been defective I am certain that I would be using it right now !

    The Geek Squad is so worth the annual fee. Our team was knowledgeable, efficient, clean and willing to answer all of our questions so that we had the best set up for our new Sonos whole house system. Highly recommend!!!

    The agent reset the connection between the receiver and TV, Blu-Ray/CD player, but he disconnected our Xfinity and now we can't access it. Additionally, the sound continues to cut out between the TV and the receiver. I realize this may be an issue with the device, but disconnecting the Xfinity clearly is not. I already submitted a review expressing my disappointment over the $140 I paid but heard nothing back. I think the technician meant well, but he was not able to deliver.

    Awesome service and great equipment. Truly pleased. Perovided, installed and hooked up everything including remote opertaions, cell phone controls, system balancing throughout home, etc. Efficient, clean and friendly. Way better than we expected!

    While Geek Squad was thorough in the setup to include professional and courteous, I seem to have some intermittent issues with activating/turning on and off the system.
