The agent installed my receiver and calibrated it to optimize the surround sound to my speakers.

Called Geek Squad to have my new receiver calibrated to my teĺevision.upon arrival, they calibrated and checked my system to make sure everything was working properly.

The installers did a great job. They took the time necessary to make sure all components were working correctly and answer all our questions on how to make each piece function. I highly recommend their services.

Did a good job. Was having trouble with installation of Arcam music streamer. Technicians reviewed my system & explained what was causing the malfunction. Now that I understand the workings of the new streamer the music is playing great.

Due to some remodeling, our receiver was disconnected from the other devices and speakers and we were unable to get it reconnected properly. The Geek Squad agent reconnected our device to the TV and surround speakers so we could enjoy the sound again

the geek squad removed old receiver ,hooked up new receiver connected cables to tv, all speakers indoor and out door. also did mass cable cleanup. they were very efficient and neat and pleasant and took all the old cables away

Second time agents have assisted my install of older speaker system with a new Receiver amp to provide surround sound in "TV Room". Brad Lujan and his assistant Roman are terrific. including training me in use of remotes, features, etc.

They were very professional and resolved all of my problems. And answered all of my other questions. And recommended other products I will order.

When they came out to install the TV we were told that they don't do audio/video set up any more so this $69.99 service was cancelled then we found out that they do indeed set up audio/video so we called to set up a date to have this done and were then told it would be $129.99 I think someone at Best Buy should know what is going on but it doesn.t look like it Right now I am fighting for my 10% on my first purchase having a hard time with that also.

Geek squad has done a fantastic job of what they’re doing. Sadly Best Buy customer service on the phone, emails, and in person has gave me terrible experience.

Technician was not able to fix my problem, but pointed me in the right direction to contact the manufacturer and my part was replaced under full warranty.
