I purchased a Samsung 75" 8K TV. With the Total Tech plan the wall mount instalation was free. Brandon and his creww did an excellent job and even fine tuned the TV for optimum color and sharpness.

Tyronne and Aaron were the crew and they were great. I needed some remotes sinc'd to the TV and a surround-sound system. They did it almost instantly. Very professional and are true ambassadors for Geek Sqd. Thank them again for me ..... Bob Maginnis

Did a great job. Got my stero working with sound coming out the speakers.

Ian did a great job connecting our system and explaining how to use our remotes to maximize the combination of our OLED TV and our 7.1 Onkyo receiver and Polk Audio speakers. Without him, our experience would not have been as enjoyable.

The Geek squad guys mounted my TV on a wall mount. They went out of there to obtain special screws. It definitely takes two to mount a large TV. They helped with the compete set-up and were very knowledgeable.

Chris did a good job installing receiver. A replacement for complicated old system. He was very determined to get it right. It has a few hiccups that he could not get rid of but it works.

Outstanding service provided by Chip & Kevin! They setup my new Sony 7.2 channel receiver to my 85” television in my game room. Flawless execution and additional tips provided on getting the best out of my equipment! Great team, always impressed!

They connected the receiver to the speakers and blue ray player ok, but I was really disappointed (and I mentioned this when I set up the service) when I told them I wanted to replace the speaker wires and they ignored me. The system works, but it wasn't a great experience.

They installed new ceiling speakers in all of my rooms and installed my new Yamaha receiver….now I have music everywhere! Great professional and courteous team! Great job!!

I had already hooked the new receiver up to our home theater setup but kept our appointment with the Geek Squad to have them check everything out. Glad I did as the rep tweeked the speakers and now they sound awesome.

Hey so I was trying to have my speaker wires for my surround sound system hidden behind the wall and unfortunately they could not get the hob done. They did try their best though and were very nice! I would work with geek squad again.

The last two services were very and efficient. It has been a six month effort. Skill sets matter and customer service attitude is a money plus.

The agent determined that the sound bar had, by itself altered its input and changed the input to the correct setting. He also advised that I should have had a remote for this sound bar which the original geek squad agent didn't mention

Geek Squad came to fine tune recent receiver install. And add the 2 rear surrounds to install. They also had to reconfigure the source vs volume setup. All done fine with some tasks needed to setup menu choices.

The tech was polite; wore his mask the whole time; and when he couldn't figure out how to dismount my TV, he called for backup help who arrived within 15 minutes. The techs made sure everything worked before they left.
