The Home Theater Team set up my new Denon receiver, balanced my surround sound speakers, set up my patio speakers and then typed instructions on how to run everything and more! Excellent Service!

The service tech came to our home at the time we requested and was able to set up our new receiver, Blu - ray, and satellite quickly. He then showed us some tips on best practices for operating our new system.

The agents mounted all the equipment in orderly manner. They also assembled the stand that i purchased from another company. I was lucky that i had the crew i had. I previously had a much less experienced crew.

Austin Worrell with Geek was awesome technically troubleshooting several issues.

The Geek Squad came on time and they knew what they were doing with the equipment and set-up. Programed everything as needed. They were quick also.

The technicians were very knowledgeable, and they were able to make sense of the additional wires (from a previous AV system). They sorted through the wires and all is ok.

Geek squad is hands down an excellent service for the price

The agent came and set up the receiver to my surprise the receiver did not work with my Bluetooth phone. The agent tried to connect the receiver his phone too does not work. The agent advise me to return to Best Buy

The agents assembled my new TV stand. It took very long, since it had many pieces, but they were very thorough and persevered and did a great job. It came out fantastic! I was very pleased.
