The Geek Squad installed the system quickly and it is more capable than I had expected it to be!!

It was great to use the Geek Squad to hook up our surround sound. We are not good at electronics and they helped us with all of it. They talked in terms we could understand, would definitely use again.

Agent that connect to my TV did a great job his name was Cody he’s real knowledgeable what he’s doing and takes his time and real courteous to the customer

My surround sound was not working for streaming. The technicians stuck with and found out it was a bad cable. They were very professional and polite.

Very friendly, flexible on time of service, very knowledgeable. My only suggestion would be to allow the customer to "drive" and use the remote so they'll know how to do what you are showing them.

Geek Squad associate got all my equipment connected to my new Denon AVR X4700 including a pioneer laser disc player, a Yahama media player, Sony 800 Blu Ray, DirecTV and Apple+ 4K. .

I had a 2020 model Denon which I'd used on my previous TV. I had run the Denon set-up. However, the Geek squad had found some subtle sound issues for the auto set-up which were corrected with their set-up

No problems with the installation or the products, but now I have no audio. It's pretty difficult to reach a live person to set up a service call to fix. Hope this generates some activity. Thanks, Randy Smiley
