He connected a new receiver to my surround sound then found a balance that produced the best surround sound, an all the time asking if I liked that sound.

Geek Squad came on time and did the work professionally and with respect to me and my home. This is the third time I have had Geek Squad st my home and I would ( and have) highly recommend their service.

Two service techs came to my home to hook up my receiver to the tv along with speakers and sub. After an hour and a half they got the speakers to come on. Sub still not working. Found a blown fuse on it but no replacement . Most of time they were looking up how to fix the problem on their phones. I could have saved the time and money and did the same thing.

The guys were professional and so thorough. They spent some time figuring out why one old speaker was not working. Got it to work but not full. Did a great job.

Best Buy technicians took the time to be sure that the new receiver was installed and commissioned properly, before leaving.

Agent adjusted the input to our receiver and reprogrammed the remote. Now waiting for a new receiver. Service was all satisfactory and done quickly.

Originally I was ready to give the Geek Squad 5 stars for installing my new Denon receiver. However, after they left I discovered the remote was programmed incorrectly and there wasn’t any sound coming out of my rear speakers. The remote sent a double signal to the TV turning i on with everything else and hen turning the TV back off. The rear speakers were never tested and had to be turned on when they returned. When I contacted them about the remote and speakers, they immediately set up another call 3 days later and got everything working properly without another charge.

The men took the proper time and did a great job in setting up the TV and got it working and removed the broken one.

The agent reset the connection between the receiver and TV, Blu-Ray/CD player, but he disconnected our Xfinity and now we can't access it. Additionally, the sound continues to cut out between the TV and the receiver. I realize this may be an issue with the device, but disconnecting the Xfinity clearly is not. I already submitted a review expressing my disappointment over the $140 I paid but heard nothing back. I think the technician meant well, but he was not able to deliver.

Set up was fantastic once I got it. Although getting there was challenging.

Quick and easy, prompt and professional... they are the best! They answered all of my questions and were extremely courteous.

they were great, however one day after they left, one part of the set up stopped working. so it would be good to have a follow up.
