    The agent came and set up the receiver to my surprise the receiver did not work with my Bluetooth phone. The agent tried to connect the receiver his phone too does not work. The agent advise me to return to Best Buy

    Geek Squad did an awesome job setting up my receiver to my built in speakers. I highly recommend their service. It pays for itself after the first installation

    During the pandemic, Geek Squad followed all COVID protocols such as mask use, social distancing, and constant sanitation. Safety is definitely their #1 priority!

    Cost seems high for work done. Tech did a good job just could not get one of the speakers to work. We appreciated his communication for scheduling work and when he was on his way. Keep his appointments on time.

    Geek Squad associate got all my equipment connected to my new Denon AVR X4700 including a pioneer laser disc player, a Yahama media player, Sony 800 Blu Ray, DirecTV and Apple+ 4K. .

    Grant was very knowledgeable, it was nice that he explained each step. The set up was faster than I expected. The instructions and practice afterwards alone was worth the fee. I wouldn’t classify him as a Geek

    Hello I’m writing to express my disappointment with the recent service experience at my home on Tuesday January 21, 2025. Unfortunately, the technician who arrived was unprepared and unwilling to complete the job effectively.    •   Upon arrival, he made excuses about tasks he couldn’t perform and claimed he couldn’t touch the camera, despite being reminded that his visit wasn’t related to the camera.    •   When asked, he seemed unaware of the purpose of his visit or what needed to be done.    •   He struggled to perform basic tasks like turning on the receiver and connecting it to the speakers.    •   He was unwilling to work unless my wife was sitting in the room with him, which felt unprofessional and unproductive. Overall, this experience fell far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Best Buy. The technician displayed no concern for whether we were satisfied with the service, and we’re now unable to operate our remote. I hope this feedback helps prevent similar experiences in the future. Please let me know how this matter will be addressed. We paid for this service. Sincerely, Reggie Kinsey
