It was great to use the Geek Squad to hook up our surround sound. We are not good at electronics and they helped us with all of it. They talked in terms we could understand, would definitely use again.

Agent told me they would call Saturday as a follow up to the Friday appointment.
The GEEK agents mounted the New TV and set up the New Sony receiver.
The problem is, on several channels, there is no sound. Just Picture. Those that have sound, there is a delay between the voice and the mouth movement.

NO CALL. So I called and explained the problem to GEEK agent.
Agent said he would put in a report and expect a call Monday.
TODAY IS TUESDAY AND STILL NO FOLLOW UP.

I had a 2020 model Denon which I'd used on my previous TV. I had run the Denon set-up. However, the Geek squad had found some subtle sound issues for the auto set-up which were corrected with their set-up

No problems with the installation or the products, but now I have no audio. It's pretty difficult to reach a live person to set up a service call to fix. Hope this generates some activity.

The agents connected my receiver to all my other equipment and the whole system sounds great. The install went very well and they clean up all the wiring very well so everything looks professional.

Originally I was ready to give the Geek Squad 5 stars for installing my new Denon receiver. However, after they left I discovered the remote was programmed incorrectly and there wasn’t any sound coming out of my rear speakers. The remote sent a double signal to the TV turning i on with everything else and hen turning the TV back off. The rear speakers were never tested and had to be turned on when they returned. When I contacted them about the remote and speakers, they immediately set up another call 3 days later and got everything working properly without another charge.
