The two servicemen that assessed my stereo issues then installed my new receiver were excellent. Very knowledgeable, polite and efficient

All devices were installed quickly & all wires were neatly hidden

The agent connected my devices correctly with the exception of the streaming apps which do not have any sound. I have been traveling and have not gotten back to the geek squad to update them

Cameron helped me set up an extra zone for my back porch. It works perfectly. He also helped me optimize my surround sound.

He connected a new receiver to my surround sound then found a balance that produced the best surround sound, an all the time asking if I liked that sound.

Geek Squad agent had not been prepared by the Best Buy system for the gear and setup that had been installed three or four years ago - limited success but great effort.
