He connected a new receiver to my surround sound then found a balance that produced the best surround sound, an all the time asking if I liked that sound.

The 12 hour window for service is a joke-I won’t sign up for geek squad again. When they called at 2:30 to let me know they were in the way I asked if they could help take a tv down (they were delivering its replacement. Answer “ It will cost you!” - They sho up and the communication from the sales tech then was a joke - but they didn’t seem real enthusiastic about their job. One of the techs was laying on floor like he was about to take a nap, Techs came with a bad receiver and when they got back to the shop they cancelled the work order and did not reorder a receiver - but did somehow schedule a service call that I sat at home another day and that tech showed up - he didn’t have a replacement receiver smh. Worthless

The Geek Squad was great about hooking up my speakers and new receiver and tv. They were really quick too. We really appreciate all their work.

i can't say enough about geek squad. they have always come through for me every time i have had a problem. i will continue to use them.

I had one of the best geek technicians install my tv and set up my receiver so I could get the best sound quality. Best Buy is the way to go
