Jaymi did a great job connecting my speakers and my soundbar. He made sure everything was working properly and took away my old equipment for recycling. Just a great job!

The tech was fantastic. He provided solutions to problems, gave valuable suggestions, and explained everything very clearly.

I am very disappointed with the service not from the agent point of view that was very nice but the issue that I am still having with this receiver . These agents do not know how to set up a surround sound system they are not trained they come out and turn on you tube and show how the sound it and tells me that is all working correctly and yet I am still having issues with the received it need it to adjust and calibrate which they did not do I have to call them two times and still not to my satisfaction and the return date is long gone . It might be an issue with the receiver but I will never know I cannot return and change to something else due to the return window is closed so I just spend $450.00 and throwing out because you agent do not know what to do . Very frustrated customer

Exceptional value !!! Although I am capable of setting of an AVR, the Geek Squad set-up saved me the trouble. The team made sure all my components were connected and configured to my liking.
