The agents skillfully set up my new receiver, but it still doesn’t play my FM Radio stations.

made sure all my surround speakers were working before leaving, also made sure remotes were programmed and had best sound set up on receiver

Ron and his assistant did a great job installing and hooking up our new ceiling speakers. I ask for Ron because he understands electronics and does a professional job.

Simple fix that probably could have been resolved on the phone if any of the phone techs I spoke with were familiar with calibration of a surround sound system (Receiver).

The first team sent out to install our 77" TV was not prepared to connect all the equipment to the surround sound system despite the fact that was clearly part of the project agreement. They were only capable of installing the mounting brackets and then the TV to the bracket. The second team was one person and he only connected the equipment. He did not know how to connect to the single remote control device. We were charged for two installations despite the fact that we paid $99.00 to be some kind of member that meant we got free installation. We still have not heard back about connecting the remote-control device. Both the first and second team were courteous. However, connection and wiring done by the second individual was not as professional as I would have hoped. The wires were haphazardly slapped together not professionally routed.

Set up HEOS and connected system to wifi. System was complicated, and they worked through it pretty well. They spoke poorly of the HEOS system, though.

Agent arrived late and checked out my Onkyo receiver and component parts to see if everything was connected correctly. After about 30 min. he said all was connected right and that I would need to contact TiVo to upgrade their service to my unit, which I have done. Felt he was in a rush to finish as it was Saturday afternoon. He did what was requested hence i would recommend the service, just was looking for more help. I have used Geek Squad before and will use them again.

There was no install and agents were surprised that it was a quick fix between surround sound and remote. I prepaid 135.00 and should have paid 99.00

Got the projector, screen and universal remote configured by GeekSquad and they were prompt in communication and getting it done promptly.

got my receiver working through an alternate port but left me unclear as to how to get internet radio reception.

We have had problems ever since he has come out .I had to hire someone else to come out to fix it
