The agents set up our audio receiver, but they didn't have the woofer. We picked up the woofer from the store about two or three weeks later and it wouldn't work with the setup, so we had to do it again. Luckily my wife knows something about audio equipment because if she didn't have that experience, we would have had to have them come back to fix it.

Shane was excellent!! I highly recommend his service and expertise! I have been in retail management for 35 years, and Shanes customer service is tops on my list!

The hook up to the existing speakers and receiver was additionally wonderful. Down town home owners have not complained of the volume, so far.

So maybe I expected too much. I paid to have the AV setup. I mean I wanted the new AV full of sound out of the speakers if I wanted like my old Pioneer but no. The tech clearly didn’t know the software Dirac live so he simply wired it and turned it on and it sounded awful. I was about to return it and then I got on YouTube. Setup Direc live myself calibrating my speakers correctly and what do you know, rockin those speakers and subwoofer sounding fantastic!! So while the tech was polite and wired the system, he didn’t “setup” the system. I had to do research and do it myself. He admitted he didn’t know Pioneer AVs just Denon and Marantz well Pioneer is light years better than those two with Dirac live. That is why I bought it!! So sadly I was disappointed in the tech support I have bought for $200. I won’t be using them again.
