Wow, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Best Buy. They called prior to arriving, took great pride in their work, set up my new tv and components properly and made sure everything was installed and that I understood the new remote etc. I would recommend the total protect plan to anyone needing help

If you’re buying a high-end TV and mounting it, this pays for itself and gives you a free warranty. Plus i coukd never have mounted this myself. It took 3 guys.

Great for protecting your items but I specifically got it for the “member Monday” deals forcthe hot items; Xbox/PS5. Very disappointing. Have not been able to get one yet. They had an event today but BestBuy kept postponing it to a later time. Long story short did NOT get one. Honestly feel like its a big scam, probably have better odds winning a POWERBALL/MEGAMILLIONS

I purchased total tech last year with items I purchased. Long story short my credit card was stolen. I had to cancel my old CC and get a new one. Total tech is supported to auto renew but canceled because of the new CC (without my knowledge). My car radio I purchased 13 months ago was no long covered under my warranty. Called best buy customer service and argued with them for 30 min. I was told yesterday (06/15/23) that my previous purchases were back under warranty. After going to geek squad for my radio I had to spend and extra 53$ to send my radio off to geek squad in Kentucky. Was also told it was going to take around 2 weeks. After calling to confirm (06/16/23 that my previous purchases are covered. They are not, called CS again and was told they cant do anything about it.

Looked good at first, unril I noticed it was crooked..about a 1/2 inch lower on one side.

I was having a PC buit with parts i bought from BB and other places and the $200 was a great value. Everything was done timely and just as I wanted. Nopw i have another full year of Geek squad if i need anything eles worked on. Great value!

I was always the one that didnt think i would need a warranty like this but it came in super helpful with an issue on my computer that i given up trying to fix myself. Super helpful service and message, i didnt have to lift a finger to get it fixed!

The people that came to install my tv were kind and good and made sure i was satisfied with my installation

Why wouldnt you want Total Tech??? It literally can save you thousands of dollars on installs, troubleshooting, and warranties. Its a no-brainer. Nough-said.

A membership as warranties is great to ensure your product's lifeline. So far i didn't need it so far, but it's always a good investment, you never know what could happen and best buy's warranties have solved some issues in the past when i needed. UPDATE: Sadly nowadays the attendant didn't offer me the membership because it's not offered anymore. Such i shame when i didn't keep it. It was awesome to add new buys on it.

Unlimited Geek Squad on all items purchased during membership. Longer return windows are very helpful, especially when driving long distances to go into store. Very useful if you purchase a lot of items. Very expensive.

I have made use of Best Buy Total Tech and the Geek Squad for several years. I enjoy the unlimited Geek Squad assistance. Had it not been for the Geek Squad I would still be trying to set-up my new lap top so it would be usable. Every issue I had I called on the Geek Squad for help. I was not able to load or find HP Smart that needs to be linked to my printer. The tech knew what I was talking about, found the HP Smart info in the system, ran the process to attach it to my lap top and added this interface to my desktop. Another tech was able to attach Gmail under Google to my laptop which I was not able to find. Each technician was thoughtful, courteous, patient and ensured they had addressed my issues prior to disconnecting from my lap top and closing their case. I also need to learn the different features under Windows 11.

This has been amazing especially when you have kids in college and something goes wrong with the laptops. But the technicians at the Cumming store are not too nice. Can be very rude, not just to me bit I witnessed a technician be very rude to an elderly man that his phone didnt work because he didnt have an appointment. No one was in line and the technician had been just standing there and refused to see this little old man. Thankfully a nice man shopping saw all this and helped the little old man out. It was something simple that the little old man must of clicked on and didnt know how to get it changed back. Its sad that their isnt any customer service anymore in the country. Or respect for elders.
