    WOW!!!!! Complete piece of Junk. There were several favorable reviews that convinced me to buy. A few bad, but I was skeptical. It appears to be a lottery. Either you get a great product or a piece of crap. I got the crap!!! Less than 6 hours with the product. I have used up over 100 sheets trying to print a 3 page document. I need this to be wireless, another thing I sought. Even with it being about ten feet from the router it keeps dropping the network repeatedly. I only have about 7 items on the entire network. Most are off. I have cleaned the heads at least 15 times. It will print a good sheet of paper and 3 pages later the ink heads are clogged and I have lines and missing spots. As I said I have spent over 100 papers trying to print a 3 page document. It will stop and "think". Pause for minutes in between sheets. It will start printing and then end abruptly halfway through the page. It took at least an hour for the firmware to update. Customer service keeps saying they have a longer than usual wait. At least an hour. I held for an hour and a half and they never answered. Called back again and the automated service said they would call me back in an hour. Three hours later I am back on the line on hold because they never called me back. I cant believe how horrible the experience has been. Prior to buying I called customer service. I needed a printer with duplex scanning capability. Their own technicians could not agree. One said yes, the other tech I spoke with on the second call said no. BROTHER you have left a lasting impression of incompetence and unprofessionalism that I will never forget. I will also make sure that everyone I ever speak to hears of how horrible this day has been. I never thought it was possible for a company to be so lacking in every aspect. I never leave comments so it really has been a horrible experience for me to have to come on here and leave this review.
