Super easy to connect and use, especially for someone who isn’t tech savvy.

Brian, Geek Squad, was very efficient and did great job with installation and explanation of use of tv.

The Geek Squad replaced my old Apple TV device with the new one and checked out my system to make sure it worked.

Since I had no idea how to properly install my Amazon. Firestick, the Geek Squad did. They finished installing it in a timely manner and the technician was knowledgeable and nice to work with.

They disconnected, explained, etc. Good service overall. Said I could call if questions and of course I did but did not have phamplet with number I acq at store. Wish they had given me that.

The agents installed programs and demonstrated all the functions. Explained remote operation.

The crew was punctual and courteous. Talked with me about my equipment and other options. Quickly connected the antenna and set up my Amazon Fire and got everything programmed.

Wonderful advice to raise tv 4" up for both tv viewing and for tv's much more balanced appearance above fireplace in main living room. "Connected it to all devices"? Another different issue. This is January 2021 but the only emails recently received on this device (tablet) are dated December 2020 or before. :-( The laptop and phone receive and send current emails as always. Date of Geeks visit was in November and email problem did not start until December 19, 2020. Geek Squad visit again?

The Roku device works great, and easy to use I would suggest everyone get one so sorry we waited so long to get one.

Agent at store explained what we had to do after listening to what my needs were. Removing cable, saving money and DVR option. Recommended a couple of streaming services to look at. Set up appointment and install was on time and quick. Highly recommend. Followup phone calls.

The in home service is great and the work is always good thanks for all you do.

The agent cut the cord and showed me how to use the apps that i am purchasing. The only problem is that 2 of the tvs have lag time on connecting and the tv in my media room sometimes connects to the internet and sometimes doesn't. I am having the Geek Squad come out again to show me where the Roku sticks are determine if one of the Roku sticks is defective.

Cord cutting is the way to go. Geek Squad did an excellent job to set up my streaming service.

installed roku and hulu. explained the process as he went along. Answered all my questions. I will set up the rest of my tv's now.

The agent installed my Roku device, taught me how to use it. It is great.
