Loved the way was right on time, I explained the problem and he said "No problem" from there he just took over and had the problem resolved in just a few moments. He was very polite and a joy to welcome into my home. He did a really great job. June.

First Jonsey resonded to my call. Unfortunately somewhat unusual these days. My router had failed, a hardware problem. Jonsay brought out a new router and installed it. Great work and I really appreciated it.

The agents hooked up all four Fire Sticks to my TV's in no time and showed us how it worked. They ended my frustration in trying to figure out how to install them myself. It is so worth having Geek Squad to do something like this. I will definitely use them in the future.

The Agent installed my equipment to cut cable quickly. He also walked me through the operation of the equipment. He also made sure my computer was operating properly. He was professional, friendly, and clean (he put on booties before entering my apartment).

Complete setup by the agents was done quickly & professionally. I am very pleased with their work. The OTA antenna performs well, blends in with the surrounding decor & the reception for over 32 local stations is clear.

The agent was very professional. He also patiently explained how to use the device. I’m older so I had many questions. He answered all of them and didn’t leave until he was sure that I knew how to use the fire stick.

all devices installed but not enough instruction on how to use Roku or Sling. We assumed they were both installed but have received emails with different instructions. We are approaching our elderly years and don't understand how to just go about installing and using this equipment. Would be nice if there were written instructions to follow. We are not very computer literate.

THE AGENT WAS SO VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING OUR "HULU" CHANNEL WORKING. HE WAS ALSO HELPFUL IN GIVING US INFORMATION ON QUESTIONS WE HAD AS WE ARE CONSIDERING PURCHASING A NEW REFRIGERATOR THROUGH BEST BUY.

The stations worked fine initially but 2 channels fell off some later. May have something to do with the heat since the Antennas are in the attic. That's something I have been told.

The tech. installed the firestick and explained the remote controls to me. I am disappointed too learn that, even though I'm a paid member of Geek Squad, I must pay $49.00 for all future house calls for the remainder of the year of my membership.

The agent removes cables and connections to disconnect my devices from cable. He was efficient, knowledgable, and capable.

We were nervous about ditching cable and wanted to do it right. The service techs that came to the house were very helpful and made sure we understood how to operate everything.

The only thing is that I wanted to include the local channels to be part of the instillation as it is now, I am unable to receive any of the Local channels at all Those would be channels ABC,NBC And CBS.

The techs properly hooked everything up and I wrote down the steps of how things worked , but he flew thru all of it and I'm still not real sure about some of the operations of the programs/remotes but I keep trying.
