Geek Squad could not install the ring cameras!

I had white and they recommended black. so I didnt get my cameras installed by best buy but by someone else

Geek squad tech had no idea what he was doing

Nothing has been done. No one has contacted me. I am fed up with Bestbuy.

Geek Squad install security camera

Great service

There were a few complications with the wiring that the agent was able to figure out. I would have been frustrated trying to do it myself. The agent was extremely professional.

Geek Squad Guys Are Great!

( it must have been 130 degrees or more in my attic ) Total cost for labor less than $500.00. I'm very happy with their work.

Not back to fix the problem!

Geek Squad promised to come back & fix it, but has not contacted us since over a month ago. We were thinking of buying more security cameras, but are doubting if we should get them from Best Buy again!!

Unable to install

Package shipped to incorrect address. Install team showed up a week before the actual appointment, then informed me they could not do the install as there was no power in the area of installation and they do not like to install on brick. This information conflicted with the consultant's opinion. Bottom line, I cancelled the service and will install myself.

Awesome contractor that came out
