Easy to install and use, with a refillable ink tank.

Seems easy to fill. Pictures good color. Haven’t bought refill yet to see how much it costs.

Printer was easy to install, set up and go! I was happy to see ink was included with the purchase. Nobody takes care of your printing needs like EPSON !!!

This is my second Epson Eco Tank printer. While you pay more for the machine, if you print a lot, the Eco Tank printer is the only way to go. No more monthly ink bills. And when you do FINALLY have to add ink - the ink is not crazy expensive. Plus, I think it's better for the environment in the long run - no individual cartridges (such a rip off) in the trash. I cannot recommend this printer enough.

Used on a regular basis with numerous devices and performed flawlessly. It prints nearly from edge to edge of paper too. I have printed a parge amount of colored printouts and the ink appears to last longer than my older printers did.

My brother printer was dying and I was interested in the concept of cheaper ink. I’m very pleased with this printer. The only problem I’ve had is the disconnect from internet. I bought an Orbi router and it seems to have fixed that.

Printer works as described. Love the idea of not buying cartridges and the ink last a long time. I print about 600 pages per month. I use the unit wirelessly and my only issue is the length of time the printer takes to start any project which is annoying. I'm used to having an immediate response. Scanning software could use some improvement. Overall a very good printer.

I really like the large ink supply that comes with the printer. The cost of the ink overshadows the cost of most printers over their expected lifetime. The printer is lighter that the HP it replaced, but doesn't shake my rickety table like the HP did. One negative is the lack of a touchscreen. It has a LCD screen, but you have to push buttons to make your choice.

This printer was very simple to setup and use. If you need to scan lots of documents, the document auto feed is amazing and will save you a lot of time. The inks are a lot cheaper than cartridges and great for every day use. I was able to easily connect my phone and laptop to the printer. The only downside I can think of is that the power cord might be a bit short, but it wasn't an issue for me.

Love this. Best printer ever I think. They were practically sold out when I bought two of them. I bought one last year from here for one of my stores. Just had to have them for my other store and home.

Absolutely love this printer. Amount of printing that can be done on a fill-up of ink is amazing! Print speeds are good from computer or tablet, but copying speeds are fairly slow - especially if color is used, but copies look just like the original!

The ET3850 prints well and does not use much ink. I only give it 4 stars as: 1) the 2-sided feature is difficult to program with my MacBook computer. I have to search the menu for it each time. 2) The screen is NOT touch screen and you have to use arrow keys to navigate the copy and scan functions and then hit another key to activate the function you want.
