The Geek Squad arrived at the time scheduled. They were very professional and knowledgeable about installing and setting up the TV Remote (Logitech Harmony 700.

We have a stereo system, dvd player, cable box, sonos, and samsung TV so playing movies or watching TV is pretty complicated. We got the harmony for one touch use, then spent another large sum to get Geek squad out to program it. The geek squad guy was not able to make the harmony single control fully functional on my Iphone. Yes it is a bit easier than it was. No it does not make it really simple and the feature of Iphone compatibility, which I so badly wanted, does not work.
