Geek squad met /exceeded my expectations. They were very efficient and professional.

The Geek guys came on time and did a very professional job. They even reprogrammed by other universal remote so they would have a similar look to them.

It took one appt to rule out the remote and diagnose the television was the trouble. Next appointment the solution was instigated.

Problem with Program CD on my Lap Top. It would not recognize the Printer. Had to go to Geek Squad. It worked fine on Desk Top.

I owned the control 4 system before this and it is a better system this system is a much more affordable solution to my needs

The Geek Squad set up the Harmony universal remote. they did a great job. Takes a bit of time to realize that this remote does it all, and very well.

Steve works very hard on setting up our remote only to find that the remote would not talk to our television. We had to use two remotes to watch our television which is unexceptible to us. We ended up purchasing a new television plus several other items in order to make this work for us. I would think best buy would give us some kind of credit for this problem.

They programmed the remote control show me how to work it set it up and if is any problem only show me how to correct that
