I am looking at a good back up product. Security. Geek Squad helped me make sure the setting were right for me computer to back up as needed.

Tech person really knew what he was doing. Answered all of my questions and made sure I could operate all of my components before he left my home.

Steve works very hard on setting up our remote only to find that the remote would not talk to our television. We had to use two remotes to watch our television which is unexceptible to us. We ended up purchasing a new television plus several other items in order to make this work for us. I would think best buy would give us some kind of credit for this problem.

I have had to call agents to my home to correct issues with two of these remotes. Remotes just stopped responding Last agent totally reprogrammed them. Hope this is the last fix. If so, I would give it more stars. Great remote when it works.
