    We love our new Harmony remote control. We have a wooden cabinet and the Harmony works without having to the doors open.

    This remote was everything I needed to eliminate 3 others. Battery life surprising long I only charge 1x per week. Go for it.

    The remote is not working properly and I keep having to use the remote that came with the receiver and also the cable remote. My main complaint is with geek squad At least as far as contacting to fix the problem. I can’t get through to them either by calling the store or by calling the 800 number

    THe installation crew was awesome and they advised that I didnt need a new receiver and saved me $400 on my installation!!! Awesome!
