Kind of hard to get used to

Geek Squad installed our Universal Remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They told us that our Spectrum box needed to be "unlocked" so that we can use the Universal Remote, but when I called Spectrum, they said that they don't "lock" the boxes. So we still have to juggle between the Universal Remote and the Spectrum Remote. Now were not sure what to do!
