On time and quick. Thank you. Not much else to say. We kept all the codes which made their job easier and faster. Having the new remote has made us realize that the previous one really was defective. It works so much better now.

The geek squad installed my controller to match the set up of my new tv. He did a fantastic job.

I am very happy with the programming. Everything works as it should. Switching from streaming to videos to live TV works well. I am considering another remote for the other TV with Geek Squat service to program it.

I was wondering if this would be worth the extra money, and the end result is that I can dim the lights or turn them up from my remote control which I have used much more often than I would have guessed. I am sure it would have taken a lot longer to get it all working myself.

The Universal Remote was patiently but quickly installed to include: TV, Roku streaming stick, DVD player, and Bose sound bar. I was skeptical that the ease of use of the Remote would be as good as advertised...it's better!

My tech was on time and got right to work. I had some additional questions that he answered and made sure that I understood his answers. I was worried that I was taking too much time. He said that he had plenty of time to answer my questions.

We had purchased the Harmony months ago, but it’s a complex to program, but our Geek Squad agent integrated our entire entertainment suits so we don’t need 3 remotes anymore, and it all runs through the Harmony remote... So much better now...

The agent who came to reset my TV universal remote did a terrific job. All that he tried, initially, didn't work, but he persisted and, finally, he was successful. It has now been about 3 weeks since he left, and the remote is working perfectly.

The review and operation of the remotes was shown and setup as I wanted and the agent was very helpful and impressed me with his knowledge and skills.

Have the Geek Squad program your remote especially if you have a lot of devices. After programming the remote for us, the Geek Squad showed us how to add/change/delete new devices if needed in the future. This remote makes viewing and changing devices so easy.

I needed a Comcast X1 remote programed and the service we received was excellent. Not only did the installer get things working properly, he also adjusted the picture resolution to it's proper setting so we have a significantly sharper picture (the Comcast installer had not done that). Very, very pleased with the service.

The geek squad is great. Casey was knowledgable and very professional. He also has a nice personality and is very polite and takes the time to answer my questions. I cannot praise him or the people at the local store enough for their efforts to keep customer satisfaction. They were all great. Now the bad.... don't even think of phoning and getting a human being. You will get a 30 minute runaround with no end in site. Give up and try tech support and you get a clown that has all responses memorized so they don't actually have to think. They are the rudest people I have ever encountered. Stay with the local store and you will be OK. Go to the phone or internet and you will see that some companies exist not because of what they do, but in spite of what they do.

Starr first came out to fix my set up for my smart TV. She fixed the problem right away, so when I bought Harmony remote I requested her to install it for me. She is very knowledgeable courteous prompt. Just a pleasure to have her help me. Will call the Geek squad any time she is available.

Rob from Geek squad called the day before saying what time to expect him. next morning he called to say that he was on his way. Very professional and explained how to use the Logistic universal remote. He deserves a raise.

The two agents were efficient, friendly, and professional, and took time to answer all my questions. They made sure I was comfortable with the new remote and that everything was working properly.

Got new audio equipment and TV and needed to update my existing remote. Geek Squad recommended the perfect remote to handle my equipment. They setup my on-line account, setup my remote and took all the hassle out of the setup. Great job!

Matt Jaeger is the best Geek Squad technician I've ever had. He is very knowledgeable and highly skilled. There were no questions I asked that he could not answer. He was thorough, thoughtful, and very helpful. He was personable and prompt. I will be sure to ask for him again in the future.
