Fixed the programming on my Logitech remote.

Programming Probably OK

I don’t think the tech is at fault! He did tell me that this combination (although recommended by the store) didn’t work that well. It works on and off and I don’t use it very much. Waste of money for me.

The Geek squad guys programmed my remote

Good Reinforcement -

This was an add on to the warranty and installation of the 78" curved Samsusng. Tech had issues connecting to Harmony on his PC so I did it on my laptop. It was better to do it myself anyway and ask about any questions that came up in the process. Based on the on-site support, it is worth the cost.
