Programming Probably OK

I don’t think the tech is at fault! He did tell me that this combination (although recommended by the store) didn’t work that well. It works on and off and I don’t use it very much. Waste of money for me.

I have never seen the technician who called

And he did but he rang the back door while I was busy doing things inside . He was supposed to call me but he called me on a landmine phone which we never answer this number ever, it was meant for our wifi and internet service.
