Unsatisfactory Service.

The other service, antenna, etc. and Harmony Remote Control programming was unsatisfactory on both dates., March 2nd, and March 20th. Someone was supposed to be here on March 18th, but never called to say they were not coming and I had to reschedule. Instructions were requested on use of remote to be emailed to me since Isaac was verbally telling me, which was unsatisfactory. Never received anything...he also said the previous person did not do it properly. Very confusing and no printed directions for use with purchase of remote. Paid $49.99 twice and still do not know how to use remote properly. Request refund of these charges.
