As far a the device itself, the keys are too small, and too confusing. The paperwork that comes with the device is NOT helpful. NOT impressed.

Charging issue

Finally got it working well after getting a new router. However this remote has had a charging issue since the day we bought it. Not sure how long it will last since it has this irritating issue that impacts functional use.
