The agents were able to get my remote working and showed me what to do if it happens again. They were very professional and knowledgeable.

Geek squad was great! They patiently showed me how to us the Roku on all the televisions that they set this up on , and mounted to the wall two of the televisions. They were very kind !

The harmony remote works fine. It's easy to use. The geek squad set it up and explained it to me in an easy to understand manner. It does not integrate voice commands with the Comcast X1 platform, but it does make everything easy
