The agents revised the existing set up of our TV and the various remotes we have. They were able to have one remote that controls everything.

This remote replaced 6 different remotes i was using for my flatscreen, surround-sound, bluray, and stereo system. It was getting hard to keep track of which remote do I use for which item. this remote works ALL with one remote. love that

We had the system installed 12/29. What followed was 3 or 4 tech service calls and each time the person left, I knew the system still was not working correctly. On the final appointment, Mitchell came out. After his assessment, it did not take anytime for him to determine the Bose soundboard had never been set up and calibrated!! He connected/calibrated and all worked as it should! Mitchell is knowledgeable, professional and patient teacher! Will request him on future appointments.

The guys from geek squad did an outstanding job with my harmony remote. They were both very polite and professional. I will definitely use geek squad again!

Unit is easy to use if set up correctly. Seemed to work fine while installers were here. Unit is over 7 years old, and we had no problems until we changed tv's and had it reprogrammed. Geek Squad will be coming out to fix the problems.

The Geek Squad team has done a great job helping me update my 12 year old Home Theatre system’s components and also installing a customer owned Internet modem. Sergei, the consultant, even helped get my Internet working properly as my home requires a split voice and Internet signal with Comcast. Very knowledgeable about the setup I was using. Seen what needed to be changed and even suggested a few things to make my setup function better.

Had to have geek squad hook up tv, Bose,vcr,blue ray, game box and fire stick to my new logitech remote. Works great!
