We had 3 separate remotes for the bedroom tv. Didn't know how to operate them so unable to watch bedroom tv. Salesperson recommended this remote and showed us how to operate. Been working great!!

Eduardo was fantastic programming our Harmony Elite Remote. I usually do these things myself, but I'm so glad we got Geek Squad to it because there were some hiccups with some of our equipment (such as an older blue ray player). Eduardo knew how to manually enter and setup some things that makes our operation seamless. He worked with me to use customized labels that we could remember in operating so many devices. He made sure we could operate all the features before he left. Thank you, Eduardo!

Geek Squad Agents did a great job of reprogramming our Logitech Harmony Blaster Remote for our new Sony TV and SONOS Sound Bar. This probably saved $300 over buying new.

Geek Squad updated the programming on my Harmony remote efficiently and effectively the first time. I had no trouble with it whatsoever.

If zero stars were offered, that is how I would have rated the service. Aside from a pleasant experience scheduling the service, everything went downhill from there. The tech called the night before arriving to inform me that if a computer were required to set up programming, it would have to be my computer, as his was locked down. When he showed up, he entered with snow-covered boots and tracked melting snow all over my just-finished hardwood floors. The entire service was looking at my Logitech remote, attempting a soft reset, and declaring it needed replacement. The technician did not try any of the suggested fixes listed on Logitech's website at a minimum. Totally wasted my money that I would have instead spent on a product from your company, versus a totally inferior service.

We are very happy with the ease of turning any part of our home theater on and off. Robert Clark of the Geek Squad programmed our Harmony remote so well that everything comes on just as we would hope.
