The guys did a great job it’s the new LG 77” is smarter than the old Harmony I’ve got and a nice Yamaha receiver that needs a up date but it never stops with theater there’s always a new mouse trap

The agent was very gracious and fixed the problem. Also got the remote to handle getting extra purchased channels.

X7 is for all. We also purchased the X7 indirect bact door devise that allows the remote to operate without having to point the remote.

This Harmony model is easy to use, as good as the higher level one I had for years. Not having touch screen is not a disadvantage in any way, but the cost is so much less.

Geed squak connected my new multipurpose harmony remote and makes entertainment less cumbersome with using one remote.

I’ve had a harmony universal remote for about 15 years and love it. Figured it was time for a new one. Concept is great. But the new one has too many buttons and features. Buttons and controls are very small and close together. Hard for bigger hands. The screen is very small too which makes it hard to see without glasses. My biggest concern is that if I want to change out any of my equipment, I’ll have to pay geek squad to come back and reprogram it since I am not good at that stuff. Last one held up so I’m hoping this one will too.
