Training Session
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I programmed many features of the remote, but asked Geek Squad to come out to check my attempt and, more importantly, show me how to use all the features. They came and did just that. The info in the Harmony documentation is sketchy at best. The main feature of this was training. All activities I desired were programmed into the device. They showed me some short cuts and simplified the steps to start and end my activities. “Good job” to these guys.

This is a great feature offered by Best Buy.

my senior husband doesn't see well

perfect for the tech challenged

Excellent remote with Geek Squad's help!
