Agent very knowledgeable and service done quickly with no issues

We had the best installation and programming experience working with Best Buy. The guys recommended an awesome universal smart remote, and then they came out and programmed all of our electronic devices into one handy little device. Love it!

The Harmony remote is only as good as the skill of the installers since I had a lot of components to sync. I like the way that the installers mapped out which components turn on or off at the touch of my Harmony remote. As an added bonus, I can control the volume of my tower speakers via my amp on my Harmony remote (or use my Sennheiser headphones). They also re-wired some of my connections to dramatically improve my tv's picture quality. I was thinking about calibrating my 4K tv because the picture quality did not look any better than my other HD tv. But after they finished, I could see the difference. The installation not only enhanced the value of the Harmony remote, but also synced all my components via the most efficient and effective (wired) connections. As much as I like the Harmony remote, the installation made my entertainment system sound and look better.

The agents installed my universal remote. They were onetime, professional, and trained me on how to use the remote once completed.

The Geek squad programmed our new logictec remote. I controls our TV, Sonos, Sound bar, Cable box, and Audio System Really love the help button as it basically fixes itself

Agent Ramey was prepared for all my questions and needs. He was patient with the training session for the Harmony Remote unit. The TV, audio system, DVD, cable system and Roku were added to the remote. Everything works great!!

Had them set up my Logitech remote to run everything in my home theater. No issues at all. While I could have done the programming myself, they were much faster than I would have been.

Our technician was wonderful. Very informative and fixed every problem we were having. He explained the controller and made sure I knew how to use each aspect.

Oscar and Chad were as polite as can be, they definitely knew what they were doing, and their skill showed in the ease that I now have with getting my Harmony remote back working again properly. Oscar was here for another issue a few weeks ago, and I was very happy to see him at the door again because he does everything right. One remote replaced four others and made everything so much easier! Should have done this long before now. Great product and technician could not have been better in installing and explaining how to use new remote.

Matthew Burkett was our Geek Squad Agent. Back in November Agent Burkett delivered and installed our Best Buy television and at that time made recommendations to my wife and I about some accessories that would make our TV viewing with the components better and more convenient. When we scheduled our Geek Squad appointment we requested Agent Burkett if his schedule permitted and the scheduler was able to accommodate our request. Agent Burkett installed and connected all the accessories he recommended and our system has performed great ever since.

Harmony and Corine (our Geek Squad Tech Staff) are just the best. Efficient and professional. They did the work on our new soundbar and the installation of the new universal remote quickly. The BEST part is they took the time to explain to both of us how to work the remote in language we could understand and didn't talk so fast we had a difficult time understanding them. We are older, hearing not too good and thank heavens these gals were as patient as they could be. A big shout out to them and to Best Buy!

Harmony remotes are a nice add on to your entertainment system. However, unless you are a computer genius, you have to hire the Geek Squad to reprogram your remotes. The Geek Squad does a great job and on a timely basis.

The GEEK Squad did a great job programming my Harmony control. It is very easy to use and so nice to have all my electronic controls in one remote. I like that it is connected to my cell phone.

The controller works great to the point that we got one for upstairs and downstairs. If you mess something up you hit HELP and it corrects itself for you.

The Geed squad agents were very professional and knowledgeable about the product and installation service. Definitely know what he was doing!
