Finally, I can watch TV!

Hopefully, this review will help someone you can use your phone as a remote. Great service from the geek squad rep! Finally, I can watch TV!

Harmony controller set up

However our Harmony all in one controller would not work. It turned out that it needed to be linked to the new DVR and it was not possible to do unless you are trained to do so. The tech came to the house and got it all set up and it works just fine now.

Double wait time for service…and hope they show!

On afternoon of July 27 got a text telling me it was time to schedule the service. I had to go online and find out that “due to unforeseen circumstances” my appointment the next day was cancelled and I had to re-schedule it. Their next available time that was 3 weeks later…I’m hoping they will actually come out and do the job I paid them to do six weeks earlier

Harmony 650 remote
