Excellent Service

The new sound bar was placed so that the signal from the remote to the TV was blocked. After the installation we asked for another Geek person to resolve why our TV remote commands were not working. The second geek person figured it out in a short period of time. I give the Geek Squad five stars because they work on the problem until it's resolved. The Geek Squad at the Ahwatukee , A Z Best Buy store is outstanding.

Remote was programmed by the nice man.

Harmony controller set up

However our Harmony all in one controller would not work. It turned out that it needed to be linked to the new DVR and it was not possible to do unless you are trained to do so. The tech came to the house and got it all set up and it works just fine now.

Finally, I can watch TV!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Getting the appt was absolutely Horrible, it took exactly 3 canceled appts for me finally to get a solution for my dying (they don’t sell anymore) Harmony Elite remote. Hopefully, this review will help someone you can use your phone as a remote. Great service from the geek squad rep! Finally, I can watch TV!
