Help with my tablet

He was knowledgeable and I was able to ask dumb questions and was not judge for not knowing. A few times I got hands-on instructions which will be very helpful in managing the tablet. Overall experience was nice and I feel that I can get future help from the Geek Squad at Best Buy.

Greek program remote

Good Tech - Bad telephone customer sercice

I would give him 5 stars but I realized after he left all the channels say unavailable> This means I do not have a guide. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I tried to rectify the problem on the phone, and I was cutoff twice. The missing star is for Total Techs phone customer service system.
