As usual, Geek Squad rep really good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Geek Squad rep, Dave, did all of the set-up for my Logitech Harmony 665 remote, linking it to my TV, DVD and BlueRay DVD. He carefully explained how to use the move and called with a follow-up explanation when I contacted Geek Squad about a problem. Turns out I was not waiting for the system to take action before moving the remote from pointing at the TV/cable box. I really appreciate him reaching out to me to fix the problem - my actions.

Sammy did excellent job on Logistics Remote

Sammy was incredible, exceptional, caring, and listened. He even went back to the store 2 bring me back 2 more pieces 2 pieces of hardware to get this programmed, showed me how to use it, and was incredible in meeting my needs. He went above and beyond.

Awesome job

Wanted: easy universal remote!
