Great Geek Squad Service!

He connected my new Denon receiver to my system quickly and then reprogrammed my remote. He even returned later that day to connect another component which I ran out and purchased at the last minute to complete my system. He was very friendly and efficient and provided great service.

Geek squad installed my ps5

They also hooked up my universal remotes and they moved my other devices to different tvs. Geek squad set up multiple receivers. They set up my xbox to my receiver in the guest bedroom. Before geek squad, they tested all receivers, all tvs, all universal remotes and all gaming systems.

Good multi-function remote.

For TV, have to press help to get sound. Also, TV function to change picture size does not work, which it did with the old remote. Technician could have done a better installation. It took an hour of phone time to schedule the appointment and do not want to go through the phone time to get a new appointment to correct the programming. Perhaps this review will help to get a response.
