Response time is a bit slow

Good service, but was a 2nd visit necessary?

The sales people should have/could have informed us of this availability and saved us the additional installation fee. Over all, the experience in buying our home entertainment equipment was a bust. I love the products we selected, purchased, and had installed. However, my satisfaction with the way our purchases were handled is very, very, very low.

Everything was hooked up and explained perfectly. They are very knowledgeable, polite, professional, and neat...they cleaned up and even tidied up the wires with zip ties. We are extremely pleased. Everything works great. Thank you.
